As we continue to grow our Peru-based operations, we’re looking for motivated Inside Product Specialist (IPS) to join our Lima team. This is a high-impact role with excellent growth potential for someone looking to build a career in technology-driven sales.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Researching target markets and learning about client industries and offerings.
  • Executing outbound outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email to generate leads.
  • Qualifying prospects using BANT or similar sales frameworks.
  • Booking qualified sales meetings for client account executives.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requisitos

What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or lead generation.
  • Strong phone and communication skills—comfortable with telesales.
  • Based in Lima, Peru and available for on-site work.
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and coachable.
  • Fast learner with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
